By submitting this Smart Quote form and uploading any video, photos, documents, inventory information, addresses, contact information, or other move-related materials, I authorize Popeye’s Moving Company of the Great State of Florida, its owners, employees, estimators, office staff, crew members, contractors, technology providers, cloud-storage providers, form processors, email systems, and other service providers to receive, upload, download, copy, store, transmit, review, organize, process, and use the submitted materials for business purposes related to my quote, move planning, scheduling, paperwork, service preparation, customer communication, dispatch, crew assignment, inventory review, claim review, dispute resolution, insurance review, legal compliance, internal records, and protection of the company’s rights.

I understand and agree that my submitted video, photos, and files may pass through Popeye’s Moving Company’s website, online forms, email systems, Dropbox or other cloud-storage platforms, customer communication systems, and other third-party technology services used by the company to operate its business. I authorize Popeye’s Moving Company to store and access these materials through those systems and to share links or copies with me, company personnel, assigned crew members, estimators, office staff, insurers, legal representatives, or service providers when reasonably necessary for quote preparation, move planning, service performance, claim handling, recordkeeping, or business protection.

I understand that uploaded videos and photos may show private areas of my home, furniture, household goods, valuables, documents, electronics, building access, elevators, stairways, parking areas, family members, visitors, neighbors, building staff, conversations, or other private information. I agree that I am responsible for avoiding, covering, muting, or removing anything I do not want submitted, including financial documents, medical records, identification documents, passwords, private paperwork, children, unrelated individuals, private conversations, or items not intended for review.

I represent that I am at least 18 years old and that I am the customer, homeowner, tenant, authorized representative, or otherwise have full permission to submit the uploaded materials. I also represent that I have permission from any person who appears, speaks, or is identifiable in the submitted video, photos, or audio, and that my submission does not violate anyone else’s privacy, property rights, recording rights, or legal rights.

I grant Popeye’s Moving Company a non-exclusive, royalty-free, transferable, sublicensable license to host, store, copy, transmit, review, use, retain, and process the submitted materials for the business purposes described above. I understand that Popeye’s Moving Company may create internal notes, screenshots, inventories, estimates, planning documents, crew instructions, and business records based on my submission, and those company-created records belong to Popeye’s Moving Company.

I understand that Popeye’s Moving Company will not sell my submitted video or photos, and will not publicly post, advertise, publish, or use my submitted video, photos, name, image, likeness, home interior, or testimonial for marketing purposes without separate written permission from me.

I understand that submission of video, photos, or inventory information does not by itself create a final moving contract, does not replace the written estimate, does not replace the Bill of Lading or Contract for Services, and does not waive any written moving documents required before service.

Any quote or estimate prepared from my submission is based on the inventory, access conditions, packing needs, building conditions, and other information I provide. Undisclosed items, hidden items, additional inventory, stairs, elevators, long carries, parking restrictions, building rules, packing needs, specialty items, fragile items, oversized items, or changes in service conditions may affect the final written estimate, contract, price, scheduling, or service plan.

I authorize Popeye’s Moving Company to contact me by phone, text message, and email regarding my Smart Quote submission, estimate, paperwork, scheduling, and moving services.
