How does Popeye’s prepare my flat-rate price?
We review your inventory, locations, access, packing needs, protection, disassembly and reassembly, and requested services. We then prepare a written flat-rate proposal for that agreed move. It is a price for the reviewed work, rather than a running hourly bill.
Will traffic, weather or elevator delays add hourly charges?
No. Traffic, heat, rain and normal elevator waits do not add hourly charges to your agreed flat-rate move. The price is established for the work we review before moving day.
What could change my flat-rate price?
A material change to the agreed move—such as additional inventory, new access conditions or added services—requires a revised written price. We review those changes with you and obtain written agreement before performing additional work.
Are protection materials included?
The protection materials planned for your agreed move are included in the stated price. Your proposal identifies the applicable padding, wrapping, tape, mattress bags, TV protection and other planned services or materials. Show us any special packing needs before the proposal is prepared.
What areas do you serve?

Yes. Popeye’s provides business and commercial moving services. Commercial jobs are reviewed for facility access, equipment, furniture, building requirements, scheduling, crew planning, and downtime considerations.
Can the crew disassemble and reassemble furniture?
Disassembly and reassembly can be included for selected items when identified in the proposal. Show us beds, tables, desks, shelving, exercise equipment and other pieces that may require special preparation.
What should I send for the most accurate quote?
Send the move date, pickup and delivery locations, furniture and box inventory, access details and requested services. Include stairs, elevators, parking, building restrictions, fragile items and packing needs. A clear walkthrough video or photographs helps us prepare the moving plan.
