For a Surfside condo or house move, the key details are where the truck can load and how your belongings reach it. Popeye’s reviews the building entrance, elevator or steps, furniture inventory and delivery timing together, then prepares a written proposal for the crew, protection and requested services.
Plan the pickup, delivery and property access together. Confirm building and community instructions for your exact addresses.
A public parking space does not automatically establish a suitable moving-truck loading position. Ask your property manager about building access and use the Town’s Parking division for public parking questions.
For a condo move, confirm when the elevator is available and whether management requires advance paperwork. Include the hallway route and large furniture dimensions so the loading plan fits the property.
For a house, show steps, driveway space and the path from each major room. Set aside outdoor furniture and garage items in the inventory so they are included in the workload review.
The written proposal identifies the disclosed scope, planned services, protection, access requirements, and price.

Terri was one of the original co-founders of Popeye’s Moving Company and one of the kindest people you could ever meet. She was a devoted mother — beautiful, wholesome, and full of grace — with her unmistakable Southern swank, contagious smile, and the most beautiful ocean-blue eyes. She had a way of lifting people up and brightening anyone’s day, and the love and warmth she gave so freely became part of the heart of this company. We love you, Terri. You are missed dearly, but you will never be forgotten.
