A Key Biscayne moving plan needs to connect island access with the work at both properties. Popeye’s reviews your inventory, loading arrangements and building schedule before preparing a written estimate. Share the pickup and delivery addresses early, especially when a reserved elevator limits the available time.
Plan the pickup, delivery and property access together. Confirm building and community instructions for your exact addresses.
The Rickenbacker Causeway is the connection between the mainland and Key Biscayne. Review current route information before moving day and leave room in the plan for travel between loading and delivery appointments.
Show the entrance designated for movers, the distance to the elevator and any height or access limits communicated by management. A resident parking space may not suit a full-size moving truck.
For a house move, include patio furniture, stored items and anything behind gates in your inventory. Photograph the approach to the home and identify pieces needing additional protection or disassembly.
The written proposal identifies the disclosed scope, planned services, protection, access requirements, and price.

Terri was one of the original co-founders of Popeye’s Moving Company and one of the kindest people you could ever meet. She was a devoted mother — beautiful, wholesome, and full of grace — with her unmistakable Southern swank, contagious smile, and the most beautiful ocean-blue eyes. She had a way of lifting people up and brightening anyone’s day, and the love and warmth she gave so freely became part of the heart of this company. We love you, Terri. You are missed dearly, but you will never be forgotten.
